These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the P.J.Milligan web site. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

P.J. Milligan Limited cannot be responsible for delays caused by manufacture delays or delivery delays that are outwith our control. We make every effort to keep to our lead times and to carry out our deliveries on the day and time agreed. On any occassions when an order may be delayed or delivery may be delayed P.J. Milligan Ltd will not accept any liability for any consequential losses.

Any claim regarding, damaged or faulty goods must be made at the time of delivery or at worst to the store of purchase within 24 hours of delivery.
Where problems regarding our products are recieved we will send out a P.J. Milligan employee to report on the exact nature of the problem.

In circumstances where the problem cannot be resolved in location P.J. Millgan Ltd reserve the right to the following:

Collect the item in question and repair or replace it to customers satisfaction.

Collect the item in question and make settlement via a full refund.

Leave the item in question with customer until a replacement item can be delivered.

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling, are inclusive of VAT and are accurate at the time of publication. You can pay by cheque or by any debit or credit card. We accept online payment in a secure environment by debit or credit card, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Amex.

All intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products are the property of P.J. Milligan Ltd. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously.

P.J. Milligan reserve the right to change our standard sizes without prior notice.
